Our Story: Track-A-Ball didn't start in a boardroom; it started in the tall grass behind the bleachers and the deep brush beyond the court. We are a team of five student-athletes from Glenbard West High School who live and breathe sports. Whether it’s soccer, volleyball, Basketball or football, our lives revolve around the game.

As athletes, we were all too familiar with the same recurring problem: the "lost ball." We saw the frustration on our coaches' faces when valuable practice time was wasted on search parties instead of drills. We felt the guilt of asking our parents to shell out money for yet another expensive match ball that had vanished into thin air.

Concept to Reality

With the guidance of our mentor and faculty, we transformed a common headache into a high-tech reality. Our team has spent months researching, networking, and collaborating with peripheral manufacturers to bring our vision to life: an ultra-miniature, toothpick-sized tracker that fits inside any inflatable ball via the air valve.

Our Mission

At Track-A-Ball, we believe technology should be simple, effective, and accessible. We aren't here to give you complex data or analytics you don't need—we are here to do one thing: Find The Ball. By focusing strictly on recovery, we’ve designed a product that is:

  • Impact Resistant: Built to survive the hardest strikes.

  • Weight-Neutral: Ensuring the ball’s flight and feel remain unchanged.

  • Cost-Effective: An insurance policy for every athlete, parent, and coach.

The Future

We are currently in the final design and prototyping phases. As we prepare to manufacture and scale, we aren't just building a product—we are building a million-dollar company that solves a global sports problem.
